Husband, wife complete MAM program together

Bridget ’20A and Eric Ojeda ’20A have been married for 12 years. They both began the Master of Arts in Management program in the fall of 2016 and for 3.5 years, took every class together. The two graduated from the program in May and share their unique journey in this feature story.

Doane has expanded its online learning portfolio through DoaneX, now offering a MicroBachelors program to learners across the globe. Doane has joined nationally-known institutions such as Arizona State, Rice University, NYU, and Western Governors University to offer a MicroBachelors program.

Spring Commencement ceremony postponed to Sept. 20
|
Doane President Dr. Jacque Carter announced on July 2 that the university plans to hold its postponed spring Commencement ceremony on Sunday, September 20. The university is currently planning on holding two ceremonies, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Commencement is planned to be held at Cassel Open Air Theatre on the Crete campus. As Doane plans for a safe return of students, faculty, and staff to its campuses this fall, please continue to monitor your email and Doane's Fall Planning webpage for updates. The fall semester and Autumn term will begin on Monday, August 17 for Doane's residential and non-residential students.

United Way and Doane partnership - COVID-19 Fund
|
Cornhusker United Way and the Doane University Hansen Leadership Program have teamed up to form a collaborative partnership to distribute $30,000 to individuals in Saline County impacted by COVID-19. The Cornhusker United Way COVID-19 Fund will be handing out relief bags and food, in addition to applications to receive these funds, on July 21 from Noon-1 in the Fieldhouse parking lot at Doane.
